Take a Moment…and Breathe.

It’s so easy to go about life constantly on the go, not staying in one place at any given time, and finding things to preoccupy our time because there’s always something to get done. For a woman it’s almost second nature, especially with all that requires our attention. At some times you may even feel like you have to squeeze in time to just deal with yourself.
